Tsa Rlung Tumo Yoga

The breathing, shaking, and vibrational yoga practice acts as a healing process, with energy frequencies ranging from mild to high, mirroring the rhythmic motion of ocean waves. This constant movement and pressure work to expel and eliminate all unhealthy energies within the body, facilitating a natural cleansing similar to how the ocean purifies itself by depositing waste on the shore.

Meet Dhargya

My mission is to foster mutual support as we unearth and revive our inherent, latent potential and aspirations.

This is achieved by preserving and conveying the invaluable knowledge and wisdom of our forebears' holistic healing practices, which have sustained their well-being and longevity.

By integrating these ancestral teachings into our modern lives, we aim to address the prevalent challenges of isolation, purposelessness, confusion, stress, depression, insecurity, and disconnection, thereby enhancing our collective well-being and happiness.

Our approach includes opening up new pathways for healing, such as audio therapy to balance energy and alleviate physical discomforts like joint pain, backaches, and headaches.

Breathing Purification

Breathing through the nose can enhance the nervous system, including the brain, spinal cord, and central nervous system, aiding in the body's natural purification process. Nasal breathing can result in the expulsion of mucus, signifying the cleansing of nerve cells.

Breathing through the mouth can support the functioning of internal organs such as the lungs, heart, and digestive system, leading to the release of mucus, and other byproducts like yawns and burps, as part of a deep cleansing process. This type of breathing can stimulate the entire nervous system, improve circulation, and align the body with the natural rhythms of the world and universal energy, embodying the concept of 'Dao' or 'the way.'

Through the practice of yoga, one can experience a lightness akin to clouds in the sky, combined with the strength and flexibility of a nylon rope or a samurai sword. Yoga promotes deep, whale-like breaths that invigorate the body, clear the mind, and calm the heart. It enhances cellular strength, agility, and resilience, potentially addressing a wide array of health issues such as insomnia, hormonal imbalances, and energy blockages.

Physical ailments such as migraines, arthritis, stiffness, and sciatica may be alleviated, while emotional challenges like anxiety and depression can be reduced, fostering optimal happiness. Mentally, yoga can lead to improved clarity and memory. From an immune and circulatory standpoint, it can boost stamina, fortify the digestive system, and help with conditions like Crohn's disease, celiac disease, and osteoporosis. Yoga can also support the detoxification of negative karmic influences and residual adverse energies.

Tibetan Tantric Yoga

Tibetan tantric healing yoga, rooted in the teachings of enlightened masters like Pundita Naropa and Padmasambhava, who attained the illusory rainbow body and introduced Buddhism to Tibet, is a profound spiritual practice aimed at transforming the mind and consciousness to realize the universe's true nature.

This form of yoga considers the body a vital vessel connecting space and time, tapping into boundless cosmic energy. It envisions the body as a complex system made of cells, tissues, nervous systems, chakras, and skeletal structures, with consciousness residing within like the flame of a candle.

At its core, Tibetan yoga and medicine revolve around 'Vital force and divine intelligence'—the universal life force or divine intelligence believed to animate the body. This life energy, known as 'Shen chi' in China, 'prana' in India, 'Tsog-Rlung' in Tibetan, and 'pneuma' in Ancient Greek, is crucial for vitality and youthfulness.

Tibetan yoga identifies three primary channels: the central Rtsa Uma, dominated by Rlung energy; the Roma or solar channel, governed by Tripa energy; and the Rkyan ma or lunar channel, influenced by Bekan energy. These channels interlink with the cosmic energy web, forming the basis for practices designed to open the body's energy portals, circulatory, and nervous systems.

Practitioners of Tibetan tantric yoga focus on techniques like Tummo (inner fire) and Rtsa rLung (psychic life force) to cultivate a purified essence of energy, termed 'thinly' and 'divine illusory radiant wisdom body.' These invisible life force channels are considered as crucial, if not more so, than the nervous and vascular systems and form the Phra-bailus, or subtle body, on which Tibetan therapeutic methods like acupuncture and moxibustion are based.

Tibetan medicine holds that we have 72,000 Rtsa, mystical channels that distribute Tsog-Rlung, or the breath of life, influenced by the lunar cycle. These channels also play a role in cleansing negative karmic energy blockages, which are thought to cause disease and misfortune. In Tibetan tantra, Tsog-Rlung carries karmic imprints, and rituals exist to purify these to aid healing and counteract unfortunate omens.

Dedicated practitioners, with proper motivation and a clear, luminescent mind, can attain an enlightened state of Buddha-hood, following the paths of notable Tibetan figures like Döthup, Thönmi Sambhota, Marpa, and Milarepa.

Distinct from Westernized yoga, Tibetan tantric yoga incorporates systematic physical movements, specific breathing techniques, vocal chanting of vibrational mantras, and transcendental meditation, offering a comprehensive mind, body, and spiritual wellness practice that remains vibrant in today's modern world.

Shaking

The practice of shaking yoga, akin to a tree rooting deeply into the earth for stability and reaching upwards through the winds, serves as a powerful method for cleansing and detoxification. By engaging every cell and sense, this practice helps individuals find their center of gravity, achieving a state of balance and a harmonious, synchronized rhythmic flow.

Shaking yoga produces a range of energetic frequencies, similar to the various intensities of ocean waves or the force of the wind. Through its continuous motion and pressure, it expels unhealthy energies and debris from the body, much like ocean debris washed ashore or detritus scattered by strong gusts. This process is also likened to preparing fertile soil, plowing it into a soft, moist bed conducive to seed growth.

If our body's tissues or cells become overly dense or calcified, preventing the proper flow of blood and fluids, disease may begin to accumulate. Shaking yoga, with its inherent resistance, refines reflexes, tunes muscles, and strengthens tendons and ligaments, all through the use of one's body weight and dynamic movement. This practice not only clears physical blockages but also revitalizes and energizes the body's innate healing capabilities.
